Sizes:
Both British ‘imperial’ and European ‘metric’ measurements are
shown in the size charts and converted to UK and USA sizing systems.
If you are unsure of your size/measurements please contact us
to discuss matters. We can offer advice. We offer an exchange
if you have ordered something that is the wrong size but please
note the goods must be unworn and unmarked. Please
refer to our Exchanges, Cancellations and Returns Policy for further
information. All care and attention is given to ensure that all
information and advice is accurate but the seller does not warrant
the accuracy of this advice.
Ordering:
Once you have selected the products that you wish to order, your
transaction will be conducted using our secure server. Alternatively
you can post or telephone your order to us – whichever is easiest.
We accept the following methods of payment: American Express,
Visa, Mastercard, Meastro,
Solo, Visa Electron and Visa Debit. Cheque payment is by post
only. All business is subject to the terms and conditions outlined
below. Orders are accepted and promises for delivery given conditionally
upon AnnAccasion being able to secure the necessary materials,
and without responsibility for delays arising through uncertainties
of manufacture, strikes, accidents or other causes beyond our
control including acts of God. All risks in the goods shall pass
to the customer upon delivery, but the goods shall remain the
property of AnnAccasion until paid for in full. No goods can be
released to clients until payment has been received in full. All
prices are subject to change.
Delivery:
You should receive your goods within 10 working days of placing
your order. Should the time scale be longer we will contact you
with a revised delivery date. Customers receiving goods outside
the EEC are responsible for any local taxes or duties incurred.
Postage
and Packing:
Postage and packing is at a set price on all standard deliveries
within the United Kingdom. We can offer courier despatch if the
order is urgent. Please contact us for delivery costs for orders
going to other countries.
Exchanges,
Cancellations and Returns:
All our products are of the highest quality and are checked before
they leave the premises. However if you are unhappy with your
purchase please return it to us and you will be offered a replacement
or credit. Please read and follow the procedure below. Shortages,
damaged goods and incorrect orders will be rectified if AnnAccasion
is notified within 14 days of delivery. Returned goods must be
in the same condition as when the customer received them and,
if possible, with the original invoice. Should a customer wish
to cancel an order, AnnAccasion will give the customer a full
refund within 30 days of receiving notification.
Returns
Procedure:
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be
returned to us with, if possible, the original invoice. We recommend
using registered postage, as AnnAccasion cannot be responsible
for lost packages. The goods must be in the same pristine condition
as they were when you received them. Please note that we do not
accept worn, scuffed, or damaged goods. AnnAccasion will exchange
the goods as requested, or offer a credit note. The customer must
bear the cost of returning the goods. (AnnAccasion recommend that
you either use registered post or obtain proof of postage.) In
the unlikely event that the goods are faulty AnnAccasion will
refund the postage cost. AnnAccasion cannot accept goods that
are returned soiled, damaged or worn. Customers who damage goods
remain liable to settle their invoice in full. Customers are requested
to stay indoors whilst trying on goods to prevent damage.

Disputes:
In the first instance any complaint should be made to Mr. Derek
Robinson at AnnAccasion. The complaint will be acknowledged by
return and we will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly and confidentially
within 28 days. You will be kept fully informed throughout the
process. This does not affect your statutory rights.
