Do you rent gowns?

Yes we do. Please contact us to check availability on 01473 400338 or rental@annaccasion.s5.com

How do I order online?

You go through the site and find the products you want.
Make sure you choose the right colour and size and click on "Add to basket" a small notification should pop up to confirm your purchase.
Once you are finished you can click on "Checkout now" and this will prompt you for your address details.
Click to move to our secure server and leave the card details.
Once we receive your order we will send a confirmation by email.
Your order will be despatched within the week, unless specified in your confirmation.
If you need something urgently please let us know as soon as possible

I do not have a credt card, how else can I order?

You can ring us during normal office hours on 01473 400338 and we can take your order over the phone. You can send us your order through the post, and include a cheque or postal order. We will contact you to confirm your order before sending any goods out.

Where do you ship to?

We send all orders via Recorded Delivery within the UK. We can also send goods via a Business Post for a small extra cost. Please contact us for details of delivery to other countries. Due to instances of fraud we do not ship to Indonesia, Romania, or Africa.

What if the item does not fit?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately and we shall arrange either an exchange or a refund. You must return the garment at your own expense, and we suggest that you use Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post.
